Location: Basel, Schweiz
Working time: Full-time (80 – 100 %)

About us
We are a young, successful consultancy specialising in effective sustainability solutions for life science companies.
Our goal? To support companies in becoming more sustainable and resilient, and thus fit for the future. As a partner to our clients, we help them to successfully master complex challenges such as reorganising their sustainability department in accordance with the EU CSRD, adapting their supply chains, planning their climate transition or meeting sustainability ratings. We emphasise professional and applied consulting, innovative approaches and real impact.
Your tasks
You can make a difference with us.
Advise: You support our customers in questions relating to legislation, standards, sustainability planning, data-based management, supply chain customisation or other specific procedures.
Manage projects: You take responsibility for sub-projects or design and manage smaller projects independently.
Driving decarbonisation forward: You will work on projects to make decarbonisation a reality, often directly on site.
Shaping the future: Together with us, you will develop innovative approaches, for example to climate resilience, and help to further build our young company.
Your profile
Sustainability is important to you and you want to create real impact:
Expertise: You are familiar with complex sustainability standards such as the CSRD and ideally have implementation experience. Project management skills are an advantage.
Education: A master’s degree with a focus on sustainability or a comparable qualification forms your basis. Career changers with experience in transformation projects are also welcome.
Experience: You already have several years of work experience in the field of sustainability, ideally in an industrial company, consulting or auditing.
Language: Working in English and German is a matter of course for you – other languages are a plus.
Personality: You are a team player with an eye for important details and never lose sight of the goal.
